RateAgent score v4 evaluates brokers across 8 components: buyer reviews (30%), sales activity (25%), deal value (15%), track record (10%), consistency (5%), responsiveness (5%), experience (5%), and profile completeness (5%). Sales figures come from Dubai Land Department records. Responsiveness and profile completeness only count for brokers we hold that data for; when they do not apply, their weight is shared across the remaining components.

Yes, searching for brokers, reading reviews, and comparing agents is completely free for property seekers. Brokers can claim their profiles at no cost to manage their professional presence on the platform.

RateAgent.io features every licensed real estate broker across all 7 emirates of the UAE, sourced from official government licensing data.

Navigate to any broker profile page and click "Write a Review". You will need to be logged in and provide details about your transaction including ratings across multiple criteria, a written review, and optional evidence documents. Your review appears on the profile in grey until our team approves it.

Every review is read by our team before it counts toward a broker's rating. Until then it appears on the broker's profile in grey, marked "Approval pending", and moves no rating, count or ranking. Once approved it counts like any other review. If a review is not approved, we tell the reviewer why.

Yes, you can choose to post your review anonymously. Your identity will not be visible to the broker or other users, though we still verify your account internally.

If you are a licensed real estate broker in the UAE, you can claim your profile by registering with your broker number. We check that number against the official record, and verify your email address and phone number, before granting access to manage your profile.

Rankings are based on verified government data and buyer reviews. Focus on completing transactions, maintaining consistency, and providing excellent service to buyers who may leave reviews. You cannot pay to improve your ranking.

Yes, brokers can flag reviews they believe are inaccurate or fraudulent. Our moderation team investigates flagged reviews and may remove those that violate our community guidelines.
