Reviews
Navigate to any broker profile page and click "Write a Review". You will need to be logged in and provide details about your transaction including ratings across multiple criteria, a written review, and optional evidence documents.
Reviews go through a multi-step verification process. We verify that the reviewer has an authenticated account, check for duplicate or spam reviews, and optionally verify transaction evidence. Reviews that pass verification receive a "Verified" badge.
Yes, you can choose to post your review anonymously. Your identity will not be visible to the broker or other users, though we still verify your account internally.
For Brokers
If you are a licensed real estate broker in the UAE, you can claim your profile by registering with your broker number. We verify your identity against government licensing records before granting access to manage your profile.
Rankings are based on verified government data and client reviews. Focus on completing transactions, maintaining consistency, and providing excellent service to clients who may leave reviews. You cannot pay to improve your ranking.
Yes, brokers can flag reviews they believe are inaccurate or fraudulent. Our moderation team investigates flagged reviews and may remove those that violate our community guidelines.
